In this latest Dr. Who novel, set in 1978, our hero arrives at the Fetch Brothers Golf Spa Hotel and immediately recognizes that a rash of disappearing guests has big, bad implications. Not a Dr. Who fan? Note that Kennedy has twice been selected as one of Granta's Best Young British Novelists and has won prizes like the Costa Book of the Year Award.
